A fantastic experience! This merchant will treat you like a long-lost friend. I had some trouble from the local PO with delivery, but fortunately she had insured the package, and even made phone calls to ensure I got my doggie necklace! Packaging was charming--it was as much fun to open as it was to get the necklace! She even included a personal note of thanks for my purchase, and offered to remake the necklace to fit if it wasn't absolutely perfect.
